yesterday can't sleep well
suppose can sleep well due to tired

wake up on time and reach office on time of 7.30am
start work at 8am
still got time
start write the log book about last 2 days
today first stay in EAF control room
later follow QA trainees to have a walk at SMP1
to the QA department (chemical lab and spectroroom)
showing the LF and CCM department
then back to EAF again
today happen one heat
LF accidentally add too much C content until 0.82%
no choice later they have to mix with another ladle to reduce the C content
seeing the legendary "teh tarik" at evening XD
pouring from one ladle to another ladle
at a close distance
the spark and the heat
really a wao~!!!
evening after lunch went to LF to report with other trainees
we are going to have a tour to the cover scrap yard in SMP1
knowing the type of scrap we use for the EAF
whole evening walking under the dusty environment
seeing how they transfer the scrap from outside open yard
to stock inside the cover yard behind SMP1
then how there are being transferred and measured in the bucket
later bucket will be send to EAF to charge
a really long tour this evening
myself also become one of the scrap
extremely tired and exhausted
5pm perfect timing back home!!
