13.5.11 LF

morning after report to my own department
writing log book then wait for Harry and James
later together go and whole day stay at LF there
having our practical to try to add the Fluospar into the LF
but we all failed at the first try
hard to lift the scoop and scare of the fire
the person in charge straight ask us stand beside and watch him
cause we are too slow >,<
looking him pour the fluospar, taking slag sample and steel sample
then go inside control room again
watching the operation of the LF

then standing there for the whole morning
with a nice chit chat with the LF crews
all of them are very friendly and funny
keep on saying jokes while teaching us about LF ^^

evening after lunch
go to QA office to nap a nap as last few days did during the lunch break
before going back to the LF
really exhausted and tired standing the last 3 hours @@

now sitting inside the LF's meeting room
nothing to do
want to nap but scare
cause got people entering and exiting that room
finding some reading material there at look a look
3.30pm finally got people come in and ask us about our training
then futher teach us some part we are confusing
until the time of 4pm
Harry and James need to back to QA office for cleaning (gotong-royong)
then myself back to EAF

actually start from 2pm
EAF there having problem
having ACS cable loss problem at first
after fix it continue operate
but later other problem happen again
near 3pm stop production and empty furnace
i don't the exact problem
but suspecting the bottom furnace need to repaired
as they drop dolofrit into the furnace
then they also inspecting the electrode
when i back home also not yet continue operate >,<
