SMP1 today having their weekly PM
shutdown for the whole plant and doing maintenance from morning 8am until 4pm
all people are busying
but only us trainees nothing to do
all sitting inside the office having chit chat
and then wanna fall to sleep
too boring already
morning waiting the lunch break
evening waiting the time home
haizzz
looking around their mechanical staffs
rushing here and there
checking and inspecting every part of the furnace
repairing or replacing new part on the existing one
more dusty!!
evening 2pm having a short visit section into the compound of the EAF
since the furnace is shut down and cooling down for maintenance
we having chance to go closer and look at it and the surrounding
we walking 1 whole round of the compound
knowing where they keep the alloy for tapping
where is the tapping control room
what is the oxygen lance, sample sleeve and temperature sleeve look like
where is the electrode stock and how is look like at close distance
and get near to the furnace (still can feel the heat and hot after 6 hours of shutdown)
5pm finish work~
go eat together with Ter Ter them at food court near their house
ordered mee small portion
and then back home eat proper dinner at 8pm XD
haha
not bad for having good appetite
today just very boring and sleepy
maybe due to last night very hot
wake up every hour to on back the air-cond x_X
gonna sleep early tonight !!!
