9.26am a big BOOM in EAF
full of dust suddenly
electrode breakage!!
hang out the broken part then replace with another one
found out the electrode is slanted
adjust the Inner Ring and Economizer
clear the furnace rim
then continue arcing..
after 2 heats
stop again
furnace cooling cable got problem
straight stop production until 7pm
gonna repair the cable
and repair the Roof in and out pump
whole seeing them run in and run out
all very busy except me XD
walk here and there
observing what they are doing
have a sit after walk tired ^^
