sleeping time

this few days nearly every night sleep at 3am
then need to wake up at 9am

at night sleep for about 6 hours

and then at about 9pm will become very tired and sleepy
sure will fall to sleep for 2 hours

everyday just sleep for roughly 6 + 2 hours

is it enough?? more than enough?? or not enough???
